McCune Law Group Addresses GKN Aerospace Lawsuits in AP News
AP News reporter Martha Bellisle covered the more than 30 lawsuits filed against GKN Aerospace following the May 2026 chemical leak evacuation in Garden Grove, which forced businesses across the region to close during the Memorial Day weekend.
McCune Law Group founding partner Rich McCune spoke to the impact on businesses both within and just outside the evacuation zone, citing data which showed approximately 3,000 businesses were forced to shut down during the evacuation and at least another 3,000 outside the zone saw significant revenue loss.
McCune Law Group has filed suit on behalf of affected businesses and continues to sign clients. The case is active and the group of businesses joining is still forming.
